Tundra Grill

The Tundra Grill is currently open for take-out only from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Enjoy affordable quick-service meals with plenty of kid-friendly items and incredible views of the Zoo's largest polar bear exhibit through a 150-foot-wide wall of 9-foot-high windows.

Winston’s Ice Cream Shoppe

Hours: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm
This old fashioned ice cream shoppe, located near Toucan Ridge and the Shirley Richardson Butterfly Garden, serves a selection of scooped ice cream, homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches, an assortment of twisters, and NEW this summer; waffles on a stick!

Lemonade & Mini Donuts

Hours: 10:30 am - 4:45 pm
Located north of the Stingray Beach Exhibit at the path to the camel habitat.

Bison Snack Shack

Hours: Closed
Located near the front entrance across from the bison enclosure, the Snack Shack serves hot and cold snacks and treats including paninis, salads, mini donuts, nachos, and fresh squeezed lemonade.

Hawaiian Shaved Ice

Hours: Closed
Enjoy refreshing shaved ice! Located in Journey to Churchill near the Leatherdale International Polar Bear Conservation Centre.

Hotdog Cart

Hours: Closed
Located outside the Stingray Beach exhibit. 

Concessions are open weekends from May 18 to the end of June and daily during July and August, weather permitting.

School + Group Food Orders

Boxed lunches for school groups can be ordered in advance through the Tundra Grill. Orders must be received at least 5 business days in advance of your visit. Please download and complete the School Group Food Order Form and return it by fax to 204 927 7205 or by email to
